No. The first visit sets httpOnly cookies (visitor id, display identity, preferred TTL). No email or password unless you optionally leave one on Contact.
Cookies plus server data for confessions, replies, reactions, bookmarks, drafts, notifications, reports, and contact messages - linked by a visitor_id. That id never shows in the public UI, but the operator can correlate the same session. Full list: Privacy.
You are anonymous to other visitors. You are not invisible to the operator or to a lawful request. Expiry removes public posts on a schedule; it is not true deniability against the host.
Anyone with the feed can read live, non-hidden posts. Your visitor id is not shown publicly.
When the expiry you chose elapses (default is often 24 hours). Expired posts show a vanished page.
Wait for expiry, or report your own post from the ⋯ menu if it should come down sooner. You can clear cookies and use Contact if you need help with leftover server data we can find.
